High pressure hoses

Our range includes high quality (high)pressure hoses for almost any demanding application. Available in both bulk lengths as assembled hoses.


Heat shrink tubing, wire, cable & fibre

Heat shrink tubing is often used as a protective cover for applications exposed to critical environmental factors.


PTFE glass fibre belts&tapes

Our range of PTFE glass fibre is available in rolls, sheets and various belts out of PTFE/glass or Kevlar/glass.


Cleanroom tubing

Our cleanroom tubing is available in fluoroplastics such as PTFE, PFA (350 or 450HP), FEP, THV, PVDF, ETFE, MFA but also in other plastics such as LDPE, HDPE, PP, PA and Pebax. 


Finished products

PTFE has the lowest coefficient of friction of all plastics even if these are lubricated. Typical behaviour is whenever the load on PTFE increases friction coefficient becomes lower.


Semi-finished products

Polyfluor Plastics offers a wide range of semi-finished products, such as plates, sheets, rods and pipes.

Solutions in PTFE

PTFE is often required for critical applications in which a.o. high temperatures, chemical resistance, low friction are important.

The main difference in the fluoropolymers is that PTFE is not melt-processable while all other fluoropolymers are. Standard PTFE is not suitable for injection molding, blow molding or vacuum forming (though Moldflon is).
