Polyfluor Plastics offers fluorplastic semi-finished products in the form of plates, film, sheets, rods and pipes. The complete range is available in five different compounds:

• Virgin PTFE, PFA, FEP, PCTFE ,ETFE ECTFE, PVDF, THV, PVF and Viton
• Virgin PTFE modified type TFM
• Compounds in all fluoroplastics
• Porous PTFE
• PEEK

We differentiate compounds with additives such as glass fibres, glass beads, Carbon, Carbon Fiber, bronze, molybdenum disulfide, graphite and organic compounds with fillers. The most commonly used plastics: polyimide (PI), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), Polyphenylensulfiddioxid (PPSO.sub.2), polyetheretherketone (PEEK), polyamide-imide (PAI), or aromatic polyester (Ekonol^®, Sumikasuper^®). Customer specific compounds can be made for almost any application on request.

In critical applications often strict regulations are specified. On request we can supply certificates for use in the food industry or oxygen applications. The certificate of compliance indicates that production and delivery are accordancing EU Directives such as 2002/95/EC (RoHS) and 2002/96/EC (WEEE), or for many other requirements which are restricted by KTW, USP Class VI, 3-A Sanitary, NSF, VDA, WRAS, FDA, BGA and BAM.
