    PTFE, FEP and PTFE/FEP heat shrink tubing. For PTFE heat shrink tubing we provide standard shrink ratios of 2:1 and 4:1. Larger ratios are technically possible. The shrink ratio for FEP heat shrink tubing is lower, on average 1.3:1.

    PTFE heat shrink tubing is available in lengths of 1,22 mtr or on spools with production lengths. Standard shrink ratios are 4:1 and 2:1. Larger ratios are technically possible but are not standard and custom made.

    Our FEP heat shrink tubing is available in the following shrink ratios 1.3:1/1.6:1 and 1.25:1 (mainly used for roller covering). The standard colour of FEP heat shrink tubing is transparent/white, other colours available on request.

    PTFE/FEP heat shrink tubing

    The PTFE/FEP heat shrink tubing consists of a PTFE heat shrink tubing with a meltable FEP heat heat shrink tubing on the inside. During the application, the FEP heat shrink tubing liquefies, while the outer PTFE heat shrink tubing presses the liquid FEP heat shrink tubing on the object.

    Kynar is a material which provides an excellent grinder reliability and durability. Kynar heat shrink tubing has a continuous working temperature of 175°C and can easily withstand a temperature of 350°C for shorter periods.

    Viton heat shrink tubing is very suitable for applications requiring high temperature and fluid resistance. Viton heat shrink tubing can withstand fuels, most hydraulic fluids and other chemicals at a continuous working temperature of 200°C.
