Our fluorine plastic, high-pressure hoses consist of an inner hose made of PTFE, PFA, ETFE or Zytel. The braiding is made of a single or double layer of stainless steel, with an additional Kevlar braid and PTFE foil for extreme pressures. The PTFE inner hose can be supplied in two variants, smooth and corrugated. The stainless steel high-pressure hoses consist of a stainless steel parallel corrugated inner hose with a single or double braid. For protection or identification, the hoses can be provided with a plastic outer jacket.

Polyfluor also offers special, high-pressure hoses that are specially manufactured for oxygen, hydrogen-helium, or other gasses. We have also developed specialist, high-pressure hoses, such as the General Purpose (Type GP) for hydraulic applications and Single Braid (Type SB) for higher pressure application areas in, which are commonly utilized in the gas industry. For heavy-duty applications, we developed the Double Braid (Type DB). Polyfluor also offers Type EBH and Type ECH, which are high-pressure hoses that are spirally corrugated. Further, we manufacture stainless steel, high-pressure hoses, Type SB and Type DB, which are parallel corrugated and can be used at temperatures ranging from -270°C to +600°C.
